I would rather buy from an independent dealer, but I’m concerned that your pricing won’t be competitive with the big box stores, am I right?
No. We are a member of the Trimega Purchasing Association, the nation’s largest purchasing association for the independent dealer community. As a member, we are part of almost 600 dealers nationwide with a buying power of over 12 billion dollars. This means our buying power is equal, if not better, than any of our competitors. So we can not only meet the “big box” stores, we can usually beat them. But don’t take our word for it. Just provide us your last 3 months worth of invoices from your current vendor. We’ll do our best to prove it you.
How do you process returns and credits? I’ve had problems with that in the past with my current vendor.
We treat returns and credits as equally important as orders. Mistakes sometimes happen. Perhaps you ordered the wrong product. Perhaps we sent you the wrong product. Perhaps your item was damaged in shipping. Regardless of the reason, we will do a return authorization the same day you call and typically pick up the item(s) for credit the very next day. You will receive a credit in the mail once your item has been received and processed, typically within just a few days.
My company has several locations around the country, can you deliver next day to all of them?
The short answer is…probably. Most of the continental United States is covered for next day delivery. You can click on the “Free Next Day Local Delivery” tab from the home page to see our strategically placed distribution centers. But if you have a location in Spearfish, South Dakota, you might want to call us just to be sure.
I like to order by phone, can I do that with your company?
Yes. While we have all the tools you’ll need to place orders quickly and efficiently online, not everyone prefers online ordering. Many of our customers prefer ordering by phone, fax or even email. We’ll be more than happy to take your order in the method that you prefer. If you like to call, we will gladly work with you to help you research and find the right product to fit your needs. You’re the customer, we work for you. That's just part of the overall "Advantage" of dealing with an independent dealer.
I order lots of toner and I always have empty toners that need recycling, will you pick these up?
Yes. We have a program in place to take empty toner cartridges back from all of our customers no matter where they might be located in the United States. We send them all back to a recycling facility so you can rest assured they won’t end up in a landfill.
